Neblina, nevoeiro ou nuvens baixas em pontos do territ\u00f3rio ga\u00facho ao amanhecer e em parte da manh\u00e3 em raz\u00e3o de invers\u00e3o t\u00e9rmica.<\/p>\n<p>O amanhecer foi frio e em baixadas dos Aparados e da Serra at\u00e9 geou.
