Esta a\u00e7\u00e3o registrou a primeira apari\u00e7\u00e3o de um pariri no munic\u00edpio. Trata-se de uma esp\u00e9cie de pombo que mede em torno de 24 cent\u00edmetros de comprimento.<\/p>\n<p>O macho apresenta a parte superior do corpo marrom-avermelhada, e a f\u00eamea marrom-oliv\u00e1cea. \u00c9 localmente comum em florestas \u00famidas e capoeiras altas. O pariri vive solit\u00e1rio ou aos pares, principalmente caminhando pelo ch\u00e3o, podendo, entretanto, voar para ramos baixos.
