No levantamento, que destaca a atua\u00e7\u00e3o das 100 melhores empresas em 2025, a Natura lidera, seguida pelo Mercado Livre e Ambev. Oito setores comp\u00f5em as empresas do Top 10 da pesquisa, com destaque para os setores de Bebidas e Cosm\u00e9ticos e Perfumaria.<\/p>\n<p>Sobre os 10 primeiros colocados na lista, o estudo ainda traz o Grupo Botic\u00e1rio (4\u00ba), Ita\u00fa Unibanco (5\u00ba), Nestl\u00e9 (6\u00ba), Coca-Cola (7\u00ba), Magazine Luiza (8\u00ba), Toyota (9\u00ba) e Vivo (10\u00ba).<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1 a ascens\u00e3o de 8 novas empresas entre as Top 100 refor\u00e7a a import\u00e2ncia da reputa\u00e7\u00e3o empresarial entre as prioridades das grandes organiza\u00e7\u00f5es. S\u00e3o elas: C&amp;A, Eurofarma, BYD do Brasil, Grupo Cimed, Tim, Arcelormittal, Sanofi e Sabesp.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Parabenizamos as empresas reconhecidas neste ranking, que demonstram consist\u00eancia na constru\u00e7\u00e3o de rela\u00e7\u00f5es de confian\u00e7a com seus p\u00fablicos e com a sociedade. Com base em uma avalia\u00e7\u00e3o abrangente e compar\u00e1vel, apoiamos as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es na gest\u00e3o da reputa\u00e7\u00e3o como um ativo estrat\u00e9gico para decis\u00f5es mais s\u00f3lidas e sustent\u00e1veis<\/em>\u201d, explica\u00a0<strong>Gustavo Di Risio, Diretor Geral da Merco Brasil.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Metodologia<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nesta edi\u00e7\u00e3o, a Merco contou com 26 fontes de informa\u00e7\u00e3o. O campo da pesquisa foi realizado no Brasil, no per\u00edodo de maio a dezembro de 2025 composto por 17.339 entrevistas. Os stakeholders consultados foram: \u00a0603 diretores de grandes empresas; 75 professores universit\u00e1rios; 55 jornalistas de neg\u00f3cios; 69 analistas financeiros; 65 associa\u00e7\u00f5es de consumidores; 70 sindicatos; 72 representantes de ONGs; 70 membros do governo; 76 gestores de m\u00eddias sociais e 3.200 consumidores (Merco Sociedade). Al\u00e9m disso, a pesquisa considerou 12.939 entrevistas vindas do ranking Merco Talento 2025, que considera a opini\u00e3o de funcion\u00e1rios, especialistas em RH, estudantes e demandantes de emprego.<\/p>\n<p>Por meio de uma an\u00e1lise criteriosa multistakeholder, as avalia\u00e7\u00f5es das empresas s\u00e3o obtidas nas vari\u00e1veis que mais impactam a reputa\u00e7\u00e3o corporativa, entre elas:\u00a0resultados econ\u00f4micos e financeiros, qualidade da oferta comercial, talento, \u00e9tica, governan\u00e7a corporativa, dimens\u00e3o internacional, inova\u00e7\u00e3o, comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, meio ambiente, compromisso social, gest\u00e3o e estrat\u00e9gia.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m dessas avalia\u00e7\u00f5es, tamb\u00e9m foi realizada uma an\u00e1lise da reputa\u00e7\u00e3o digital das empresas por meio do Merco Digital, com 364.887 men\u00e7\u00f5es analisadas em canais digitais e m\u00eddias sociais das 100 empresas avaliadas. E uma \u00faltima etapa, com a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de indicadores objetivos, a partir de respostas e dados enviados pelas pr\u00f3prias empresas.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe destacar que um dos destaques desta edi\u00e7\u00e3o do ranking \u00e9 a diversidade de setores presentes entre as empresas mais bem avaliadas. Em 2025, o Top 10 re\u00fane organiza\u00e7\u00f5es de Cosm\u00e9ticos e Perfumaria, Com\u00e9rcio Eletr\u00f4nico, Bebidas, Servi\u00e7os Financeiros, Alimentos, Varejo, Ind\u00fastria Automotiva e Telecomunica\u00e7\u00f5es, evidenciando que a reputa\u00e7\u00e3o corporativa se consolida como um diferencial estrat\u00e9gico transversal, independentemente do segmento de atua\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>No recorte setorial, chama aten\u00e7\u00e3o a for\u00e7a dos segmentos de Cosm\u00e9ticos e Perfumaria, com Natura (1\u00ba) e Grupo Botic\u00e1rio (4\u00ba) entre as primeiras posi\u00e7\u00f5es do ranking, al\u00e9m de Avon (12\u00ba) e L\u2019Or\u00e9al (21\u00ba) entre as empresas de maior destaque.
